Audits

Late without notice. Miss the 2-business-day window without notice: full refund or free rush, your choice. The window is 2 business days (Mon–Fri, US Central); orders after 5 pm Central or on a weekend start the next business day.
Materially incomplete. If a section the product page promises is missing, you get one revision within 5 days or a refund.
Not refunded: disagreeing with a finding, not implementing the fixes, or expecting outcomes we never promised, such as more signups or citations by AI assistants.

If an audit you pre-ordered doesn't launch, everyone who paid gets a full refund.

If the files don't arrive or don't open, email us and we'll fix it or refund you.

Reply to your receipt or email hello@foundercite.com. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.
